Children who are entitled to the Early Years Free Entitlement of 15 hours will be invoiced £6.20 per hour over and above their 15 hours per week. Children claiming the free entitlement of 15 hours the lunch club is included in their entitlement, therefore a morning session must be 9.15am – 1.15pm.
Children claiming the free entitlement but only doing an afternoon session have the option of taking the lunch club as part of their free entitlement, and can start at 12.15pm.
The free entitlement can be split over a combination of days and sessions but cannot be taken in three hour blocks within the morning session as this is a minimum of a four hour session.
